1. Description:
FZN500 is an automatic longitudinal welding machine, which may be used to weld material of carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum and alloy etc.. The machine can use argon arc welding, gas protect welding, plasma weld and submerged arc welding system. It is very good to used in welding of pressure vessel, automobile accessory, electric home appliances and food machinery etc.
Welding power system could be supplied by the buyer from local supplier.
2. Feature:
Automatic weld controlled by means of PLC
The welding gun moves smoothly driven on a linear guideway
Speed of welding heed is adjustable based on material and thickness to weld.
Keyboard-type press plate with high-strength airbag, which will provide equalizing pressure on the working piece and keep it stable during welding.
Pneumatic align unit for welding edge aligning
Special design on press plate and spindle for heat dissipation
