Twin-Stage Continuous Switch Melt Filter is used to filter many kinds of fiber material, including Precision filter of recycled PET, PP, PE, spinning POY pet flake one-step spinning PF non-woven fabrics.
Due to its novel structure, it is power-effective and widely applicable.
The heating method is very widely, you can choose electric heating of heat transfer oil, electric heating of biphenyl, biphenyl static heating, or biphenyl recirculation heating
Advantages of this series filter is that it can filter the impurities and gel grains from the melt; improve the product quality, extend the working period of spinning components to the utmost extend
