As the power source, the liquid ring vacuum pump and a vacuum pressure gauge, an integrated power switch and a power indicating lamp all assembly in a compact box body.
Working principal:
MBV80 Type vacuum pump is a forming equipment through pressure of post-tensioned prestressed duct vacuum grouting.
Step1:Connecti the vacuum pump and one end of good-sealing prestressed duct before grouting to post-tensioned prestressed duct
Step2:Starting,making the inner of duct reaching -0.06~-0.1 MPa negative pressure and holding.
Step3:Grouting from another end of prestressed duct until the entire channel filled with cement slurr.
Specifications and models meaning:
MBV80
M means used for prestressing
B means pump
V means vacuum
80 means pumping 80 cubic meters per hour.
