Wear resistant steel pipe is the newest high level wear resistant steel pipe in the world and it is developed by Zhangjiagang Runkun Wear Resistant Material Co., Limited. The base layer is Q235 metal and it is lined with wear resistant steel alloy materials. One method of producing the wear resistant steel pipes is by inner wall welding machine; the machine can also apply to produce wear resistant steel pipes with small diameter. The other method of producing the pipe is by curling the wear resistant steel plate. Our factory can produce any pipe with diameter greater than 80mm.
Wear resistant steel pipe not only has good wearable performance, temperature resistant, impact resistant but also has good elasticity. The wear resistant steel pipe has very good weldability and it is easy to install; particularly suitable for any use under extreme temperature. For instance, it can be applied to transport hard materials in electrical, metallurgy, coal and cement industry, etc. In comparison to the regular pipe, our product is more wearable, more durable and more economic.
