Abrasion wear resistant pipe is the newest high level wear resistant pipe in the world and it is developed by Zhangjiagang Runkun Wear Resistant Material Co., Limited. The base layer is Q235 metal and it is lined with wear resistant alloy materials. One method of producing the abrasion resistant pipes is by inner wall welding machine; the machine can also apply to produce wear resistant pipes with small diameter. The other method of producing the pipe is by curling the abrasion resistant plate. Our factory can produce any pipe with diameter greater than 80mm.
Abrasion wear resistant pipe not only has good wearable performance, temperature resistant, impact resistant but also has good elasticity. The abrasion resistant pipe has very good weldability and it is easy to install; particularly suitable for any use under extreme temperature. For instance, it can be applied to transport hard materials in electrical, metallurgy, coal and cement industry, etc. In comparison to the regular pipe, our product is more wearable, more durable and more economic.
