BLAST WHEEL TECHNOLOGY
This blast wheel also has the following characteristics:
With advantages: compact structure, convenient maintenance, low noise, low consumption, high efficiency; direct connection technology eliminates the intermediate transmission loss, removed many vulnerable parts- belt, belt wheel, main shaft, shaft seat, reduces the maintenance workload. In addition, it covers small area, layout is flexible, easy to satisfy ejection belt arrangement. It also has to replace the whole performance and convenient maintenance.
Composite blasting belt : in order to clean all surfaces (the front and back, concave and convex surface) , this blade has a wide projection area, the width of the lateral ejections is 1.5 to 2 times to the normal blast wheel.
Structure: compared to the old belt type blast wheel, blasting shot velocity is constant, there is no belt slippage to cause bad cleaning or strengthening effect , the quality of cleaning is not fluctuated. This blasting efficiency is 20kg/min• kW and energy consumption is lower 20% than common blast wheel.
Material and craft: spare parts have long working life : wear parts of this blast wheel is made of Cr28% abrasion resistance of high chromium cast iron melt film precision casting and its service life is 3 times more than sand castings. All manganese steel cover/shell of blast wheel will processed by large CNC gantry milling machine with a one-time processing;
