Z149 Jolt Squeeze Moulding Machine
1. Foundry sand box / Flask
Moulding Equipment suitable for small foundries with low investment but high efficiency
1. The power is compressed air, under mould adopts ram-jolt, upper mould adopts compaction, it can get uniform hardness of upper and down molds.
2. When drawing the mould, the pulsator slightly shake the mould plate, using guide pin which is equipped with sand suitcase, so the operation is simple and convenient, the action finish by the machine. It can achieve high production efficiency, and product appearance smooth, balanced weight.
3. It is the best choice for manufacturing small castings in lighting accessories line, machinery accessories line , furniture hardware line and plumbing equipment line.
4. The bottom of machine is equipped with four wheels, according to the actual situation of the workshop, the machine can move at any time, high flexibility, so can greatly reduce labor intensity, it can be moved at any time at the workplace, so that shorten the distance of transporting sand box .

Our factory covers an area of 26000 square meters. We have about 260 employees including more than 50 middle and senior technical staff.
Professional software such as Auto CAD and Solid works have been used to provide exact drawings. SAP, Office Automation system been used to control and smooth the work flow.
We have a Quality Inspection Center with Dynamic balance detector, Static balance tester and other advanced equipments to detect finished products, which can guarantee the quality of each product.
