leaf spring shot peening cleaning machine is designed according to user requirements and a new special shot blasting strengthening equipment, shot blasting leaf springs used to strengthen cleanup. By shot blasting, you can remove the workpiece surface rust, eliminate residual stress of the workpiece surface coated with anti-corrosion paint nondestructive testing and preparation; while strengthening the surface of the leaf springs to improve the fatigue strength, increasing paint film adhesion when the workpiece, and ultimately improve the surface and internal quality.

Blasting chamber:

Our hanger chain shot blast machine is manufactured to satisfy our customers with long life and high operating efficiency. The blast chamber is made using steel plate and structural steel framing through welding process, which offers high rigidity and strength, resulting in extended service life. To prevent shots from flying out of the chamber, much attention is given to the sealing structure of the chamber and door when we design the shot blast machine.

Blasting wheels:

In addition, the location of blast wheels is based on the computer three dimensional dynamic simulation result, which helps ensure all sides of work pieces can be thoroughly and quickly cleaned, thereby increasing efficiency.
