Q38 continuous type shot blasting cleaning machine is suitable for large quantities of small and medium-sized workpiece blasting process. The workpieces can go with chain hoist continuously or by step or adopting the more 
advanced accumulation conveying type which make the workpiece keep still in the discharging and shot blasting area, to realize the fixed-point loading and blasting.Single hook hoisting weight can be 50-2000kg with high productivity, reliable operation.

Blasting chamber:
Our hanger chain shot blast machine is manufactured to satisfy our customers with long life and high operating efficiency. The blast chamber is made using steel plate and structural steel framing through welding process, which offers high rigidity and strength, resulting in extended service life. To prevent shots from flying out of the chamber, much attention is given to the sealing structure of the chamber and door when we design the shot blast machine. 
Blasting wheels:
In addition, the location of blast wheels is based on the computer three dimensional dynamic simulation result, which helps ensure all sides of work pieces can be thoroughly and quickly cleaned, thereby increasing efficiency.
