4. Advantages
Enamelled aluminum wire can greatly reduce the cost of electrical products. Aluminum is about 1/3 lighter than copper, so that enameled aluminum wire makes electrical products lightweight and reduces freight and damage during transport.
With improvement of aluminum copperplating, enameled aluminum wire's application is increasing dramatically in the world. Aluminum wire, as a substitute for copper wire , saves you the production costs at least up to 60%.
5.Applications
It is widely used in electric welders, cutting machines, electrical machines, dry-type transformers, solenoids, inner conductor of 75ohms RF, leak cable, micro coaxial cable, computer cable, LAN cable,control cable,automotive cable,Strand wire, Radio freqyency shieding and other electrical equipments. All of the products are exported to foreign manufacturers of electric welders and transformers.
We are located in Wujiag City(near shanghai), Jiangsu Province, China. We produce Enameled aluminum wires, CCA wires and ECCA wires. Every month, we produce 400 tons of EAW wires and 300 tons of ECCA wires.
