PET Bottle Flakes Recycling Machine

Process of total line:

1. Crushing the waste PET bottles into flakes (including the label film)

2. Wahing the flakes(here the PET flakes will sink into water and label flakes will float on the water, you could remove the label flakes to keep the bottle flakes pure)

3. Drying the bottle flakes.

PS: this line also suit for many other solid wastes like little PVC pipes, or ABS products etc.

That means if your waste flake could sink into water, you could use this line.
