1.The application of ball mill
New type Ball mill is a key equipment for milling the materials into powders after they are crushed. It is widely used in cement, the silicate product, new type building material,fire-proof material, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal, glass,ceramics and so on, and can make the dry and wet milling on all kinds of ores and other grindability materials.
2.The working principal of the ball mill
Ball mill is composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (reducer, small
driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is
detachable.The rotation big gearwheel is made by cast hobbling processing and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance.
First ,material from the feeding device into the mill first warehouse which are made of ladder liner or corrugated lining ,and built-in different specifications steel ball .Second the rotaring cylinder produces centrifugal force will be brought to a certain height balls,then the full of materials produced heavy blow,and abrasive.Third,the materials which achieve coarse grinding in first position was materials .to achieve coarse grinding of materials in the first position after the position by the single-compartment plate into the second warehouse ,the warehouse within the set with flat lining ,containing steel balls ,the material to further grinding ,until the material achieve the size of you demand.
