Adult diaper machine
1- The machine is able to produce two specification (S & L) products by changing cutting tools and gear box.
2- It has the process mechanism of cotton pulp high speed muller system, drum forming, embossing, elastic waistline, frontal tape, side tape, tri-folding etc.
3- Tri-piece standing cuffs on the surface to prevent side leakage.
4- The volume of S.A.P controlled by stepless regulator.
5- Phase adjusting units are used in the key sections of the equipment so that the phase can be adjusted during production without stopping machine.
6- Application of the vacuum conveying system guarantees the stress, stability and fixity of the product.
7- According to customers demand, it is able to produce patient under pad by adding some units.
8- It can be equipped with PLC control system, touching screen according to customers demand.
