Instruction of the usage:
unwind 12 or more inches of the bandage from the roll and allow the wrap to relax.without stretching.apply one ful wrap and overlap.then apply bandage at approximately 50% bandage en dfirmly against underlying wrap to keep in in place.applying too tightly may impair ciculation.
