General Description
ACA6100W is an inclinometer which developed by RION Company for high-precision 360deg measurement application industry , it is known that all non-contact MEMS inclinometers can not guarantee the accuracy if the measurement range is too large,some industries require minimal mesuring angle actual, but because the unpredictability of the installation angle or mounting angle is relatively large, this will sacrifice accuracy to accommodate installation, in order to improve this situation, our company targeted development this inclinometer, it can be installed anywhere in 360deg , refer to level bubble,
adjust the installation postion near to level ZERO then for measurement using , so that it not only can be mounted in a large angle but also can be high-precision measurement. ACA6100W is a Single-Axis Digital Inclinometer with full temperature compensation,the maximum measurement range ± 15 °, ± 5 ° to ensure the accuracy of 0.005 °, high resolution 0.0005 °. Output interface RS485, RS232, TTL, CAN 2.0B or wireless transmission, wireless uses ISM-Band frequency, in line with global ISM band communications standards, no need to apply frequency. Carrier frequency within 400-480MHZ. The communication distance can be up to 200 meters in the visual open area, our company also sell another supporting wireless acquisition card and professional multi-channel simultaneous presentation software that can simultaneously acquire the multiple inclinometers data then packaged data is transmitted to the backstage management in digital signal form.ACA6100W with excellent system integration, easy to install, simply fix the sensor to the surface of the measured object, then can automatically calculate the object's horizontal angle, simple to use. With strong ability on resistant external electromagnetic interference and bear shock & vibration , own the absolute competitive advantage in domestic counterparts products .
