Tyre Making Machine - Mechanism Features
- This tyre making machine for curing tyre adopts gantry moving mechanism, single mould and lock ring.
- The tyre making machine adopts vertical lift and translation mode for top mould and beam. The bladder control mechanism is B type.
- This tyre making machine is configured with segmented mould driving device.
- This tyre making machine adopts programmable controller and data processor as man-machine interface with OSD (on screen display), which make it visual, highly reliable, convenient change process, etc.
Tyre Making Machine - Characteristics
- This tyre making machine adopts imported sliding element for upper beam movement. The mould is aligned repeatedly and can be achieved high precision.
- Mould clamping and shaping is driven hydraulically. The clamping force and shaping force is adjustable.
- Heating type: Steamer Type. This can improve the quality of vulcanization and reduce the energy consumption.
- The control system adopts imported electrical components, high degree of automation control.
Tyre Making Machine - Applications
This tyre making machine for curing tyre is applicable to vulcanize giant rubber radial tyre. Using this tyre making machine, you can achieve the whole process of rubber tyre production from unvulcanized rubber raw embryo to a tyre, including installing embryos, forming and vulcanizing and unloading. The whole process can be achieved to single automatic cycle.
