Tyre Curing Press Machine - Mechanism Features
- This tyre curing press machine adopts gantry moving mechanism, single mould and lock ring.
- The upper mould and beam adopts vertical lift and translation mode. The bladder control mechanism is B type.
- This tyre curing press machine is configured with segmented mould driving device.
- This tyre curing press machine adopts programmable controller and data processor as man-machine interface with OSD (on screen display), which make it visual, highly reliable, convenient change process, etc.
Tyre Curing Press Machine - Applications
This tyre curing press machine is applicable to vulcanize rubber radial tye. Using this press machine, you can achieve the whole process of rubber tyre production from unvulcanized rubber raw embryo to a tyre, including installing embryos, forming and vulcanizing and unloading. The whole process can be achieved to single automatic cycle.
