Textile pigment paste for dyeing on t-shirt or dress
CAISON ® D series eco-friendly textile pigment paste for dyeing is researched and produced by ourselves with part of imported raw materials, are applicable to textile dyeing on t-shirt or dress. They are environmental friendly and high quality, conforms to Oeto-Tex Standard100-2012 and EU environmental requirements.
1.Application scope:
CAISON ® D series eco-friendly Textile pigment paste for dyeing for cotton,linen,polyester,acrylic and various blended fabrics,or t-shirt,dress..
2.Characteristics:
A.Dark color, simpler and short process;
B.Conform to Oeko-Tex Standard100-2012 of International Association for Research & Testing in the field of Textile Ecology (contents restriction of formaldehyde and heavy metal, APEO, phthalates and 24 kinds of prohibited aromatic amines);
C.Conform to National General Safety Technical Code for Textile Products GB18401-2010;
D.Complete chromatogram, stable compatibility, high percentage of solid, high tinting strength;
3.Warranty period of textile pigment paste for dyeing:
24months, counting from the date of manufacture. Please refer to the batch number printed in the product trademark for detailed manufacturing date. Please contact us to confirm the validity of your warranty when it gets close to or beyond the deadline.

Note:
A.Testing performance index data was tested by our company. Customers may have different technology conditions and testing methods with ours while using our products. So we are not responsible for any loss if you use it directly without testing. We suggest that you must have a test with small amounts of our products before using, whether it can meet your application requirements.
B.The similar color was showed on the cotton knitted fabric;
C.Testing methods of Performance index data in the table:
1). Soap washing fastness: GB/T 3921.4-2008;
2). Rubber resistance fastness: GB/T3920-2008;
3). Perspiration fastness: GB/T 3922-1995;
4). Artificial light fastness: GB/T 8427-2008.
D. Above products are conventional ones, we can prepare various spot color paste for customers;
6.Water based pigment paste storage:
Please store the water-based pigment paste at 0℃~40℃ in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area. Avoid freezing or over-heating the paste. Tighten up the bucket lid after use. Avoid long-term exposure to the air in case the pigment particles would re-aggregate and form white bloom on the paste surface.

A.2Kgs per plastic pot, 10pots per carton; 30cartons per pallet, 10pallets per 20’ft container, 20pallets per 40’ft container;
B.20Kgs per iron barrel, 36barrels per pallet, 10pallets per 20’ft container, 20pallets per 40’ft container;
Or 665barrels per 20’ft container, 1365barrels per 40’ft container;

1.Adequate supplying and good product inspection
We keep a full range of raw materials in stock. Raw materials inventory is managed by advanced ERP software to ensure that the supply chain operates smoothly from start to finish. Each step of production process is carried out in strict accordance with IS09001:2008 standards. We also maintain cooperation with the global leading SGS company in ensuring each product is manufactured to a high degree of quality and customers satisfaction.
Additionally, we have bought many advanced equipment sets, which are listed in following.
A. 2 sets of color measurement systems for analyzing and testing the hue and tinting strength of pigment paste and its raw materials.
B. 1 set of gas Chromatography equipment for use in the control of impurities contained in the pigment paste and its raw materials.
C. Specialized testing equipment and instruments: hot press, high-power microscope pad dyeing machine, multiple sets of pigment dispersion machine (for experimental use).

3.Application Methods:
A. Pad dyeing of pigment paste:
Reference process:fabric after scouring and bleaching →padding cationic modifier → drying →padding pigment paste→(drying)→padding adhesive →fixation →tidying →finished products. When dyeing fabric with medium or dark color, discretion to decide to add suitable cross-linking agent. You can increase the dyeing depth by adding darkening agent. Also you can use web-rubbing fastness improver fully or partly instand of adhesive to improve hand feeling and fastness.

B. Dip-dyeing of pigment paste with modifier:
1. Dyeing equipments: Industrial washing machines, is suitable to dyeing cotton garments, knitted garments and etc.
2.Treatment process before modified: turn on the water to required amount →put sodium carbonate to adjust the PH value →add modifier(grafting agent)→turning for 2~3 minutes →put into garments →heating (about 2oC /minute)reach to 60oC and keep for 20minutes →turn on the water to wash once →heating to 60 oC and keep 3~5minutes →washing.

Note: Stirring grafting agent uniformly during graft , washing the residual soda on the fabric, or it will affect the dyeing uniformity and dye-uptake.
3. Dyeing process: turn on the water to required amount →adjust the PH value to neutral →put into dyeing liquor and turning uniform →add garments and turning for 10 minutes →heating (about 2oC /minute) reach to 60oC and keep for 10minutes→(color matching is Ok)add adhesive and keep temperature for 10 minutes →washing once →put into Softening agent and heating to 40oC ,then washing for 5~10 minutes →soap washing(85oC 10~15 minutes)→washing by hot water →washing by cool water →dewatering and drying.
