Belt conveyor trough idler roller frame
Roller frame application:
(1) Fixed roller: roller frame design is reasonable, more convenient loading and unloading roller in the fixing roller, while ensuring flexibility idlers! The radial runout and axial runout roller is controlled within a reasonable range.
(2) Support belt: roller frame made of high quality steel processing, rigorous process welded roller stand, not only specifications, and construction firm, to provide stronger support force, to ensure a smooth transfer roller and the belt.
(3) To prevent deviation: roller frame during operation of the belt can make some adjustments, to adjust the belt play an effective role to increase belt life.
(4) Use a wide range: roller frame structure lightweight, simple process, long life, low maintenance costs. It is affordable and durable frame structure type widely used.
Intermediate frame:
Intermediate frame is part of belt conveyor, used for installing cross beam of idler and the entire idler. Generally made of box iron or angle steel, it is fixed together with H-frame from below. Length: 3~6 m. Specification of box steel and angle steel varies with different breadth of belt conveyor as follows: <63 <75 [10 [12 [14 [16
H-frame Ⅱ-type (landing leg):
It is more firm by adding two inclined struts to H-frame I-type. Normally, H-frame I-type and H-frame Ⅱ-type are used in rotation.
Adjustable Landing Leg:
To adjust the height of the conveyor, some landing legs (H frame) are made adjustable, thus making it convenient to adjust the height during installation. Telescopic upright post, made of steel tube or U-steel, is used to adjust the height of landing legs. The number of required posts is up to the terrain where the belt conveyor is used.
Carling:
The underground belt conveyor often replaces the intermediate frame with steel tube, which is generally called carling. Caring is used for supporting idler. Under normal circumstances, each section of steel tube is m in length. Carling is linked by quick coupling with H-frame. On each section of steel tube hang two sets of trough-shaped idler. Specification of steel tube varies with different breadth of belt conveyor, such as φ60, φ75.5, φ89.
