Conveyor roller/idler:
Return Roller, Carrying Roller, Buffer Roller, Adjusting Roller, Garland Roller, Cleaning Roller, Troughing Roller and Spiral Roller.
H-frame I-type(landing leg) AND Intermediate Frame:
It is part of the belt conveyor,welded by angle iron(U-steel),baseboard, pedestal,steel tube, shaped like an H. This part is used for supporting the intermediate frame and carrying the total weight of rubber belt and material. Normally, H-frame I-type and H-frame Ⅱ-type are used in rotation.
Intermediate frame is part of belt conveyor, used for installing cross beam of idler and the entire idler.Generally made of box iron or angle steel.

Sweeper:
It is a utensil used specially for cleaning the stickum on conveyor belt. The material carried by belt conveyor often contains stickum, such as coal slime, coal ash, some of which are easy to stick to the surface of belt conveyor and not easy to be removed when unloading. On such occasions, the stickum may enter the shell of the idler and cause damage to it.It also may cause deviation and abrasion of belt conveyor, thus leading to serious consequences. Therefore, the life span of idler and belt conveyor can be prolonged if swept throughly.
