Major equipment structure:
Headbox: It uses the open headbox . It is composed by pyramid pipe,Stepped diffuser,Rectifier roll,Cabinet. Ladder diffusion orifice cloth pulp apparatus is three-level diffusion. And it is made from stainless steel with the upper and lower lip plate of plexiglass.The upper lip plate can be adjustedfully andpartially.
fourdrinier section: The length of network plate is18000mm,network plate bench is all welding steel with 1.5mm stainless steel except for the drawn set of aluminum. Fourdrinier section is consisted of chest roll,forming board,wiper blade,Wet suction boxes,vacuum suction box,Suction couch roll,drive network roll,electric tightnetwork,Pneumatic corrector,tight networkofconstant tension,Cutting water injection,warped edge device.
Press section: It is composed by a vacuum press and three straight press with adopting vacuumpipettecitedpaper.
Drying section: With 28the dryerofφ1500mm,Including a φ3000mmvat,Arrangement of type:6+6+8+1+sizing machine +8,Adoptingclosed gearbox, thin oil lubrication.
Ministryof Power Transmission and Control: It adopts AC variable speed segment transmission, frequency conversion motor, hard gear reducer, the universal coupling join and all-digital closed-loop control system.
Calender and reeling paper: It adopts the super calender and level winder.
