t is allocated with the video capture card imported from America and high precision triangle lens and 1.3 million pixels high-speed camera imported from Japan, which completely achieve the perfect combination of optics, machinery, electricity and automatic calculation depending on high-end DSP technology.
The system can realize the automatic backlight compensation when picking up the image. The operation software can automatically realize the correction for the roundness and establish the model, which thoroughly solve the difficulty to establish the model one by one from one layer to another based on other computer models and set up the signs, as well as get rid of the misalignment. Besides, the operation software can be automatically positioned and perform automatic search, namely, it can realize the whole-course automatic operation in several times without manual intervention.
The laser cutting machine applied for installing CCD automatic capture and positioning system can be used for cutting of woven label, printed label, rubber logo, silk printing trademark, jacquard ribbon cloth and leather: The cutting edge is smooth covering same size and precision without raw edges and deformation; it can cut multi-layers at the same time with random and complicated shapes; it has high efficiency, low cost and perfect effect, and the product can be manufactured following the design; it can be used for the trademark cutting as well as cutting of applique, special embroidering, clean cloth and non-woven cloth
