Necking machine before thread rolling
It is a non-cutting processing machine which is characterized by high production efficiency, simple structure, operating easily, saving raw material, stable quality and so on. It utilizes hydraulic technology to put required necking parts such as circular steel and thread steel into specialized abrasive tools to shrink and mold, which could enhance the density of pressed steel so that tensile strength of material get raised. The plastic processing and beam toughness is remained and make the intensity of cypress and shank unanimous, which deal with the drawback of diminished stretching resistance and beam toughness caused by lathe peeling.
