Our pipe production line is designed to manufacture pipe or tube used in metallurgy, construction, transportation, machinery and vehicle industries.
We apply "ZTF" method during the pipe production procedure. It’s no need to change rolls in rough forming section when producing different size of pipes, and computer will control rolls moving, so that you won't worry about the accuracy. With this method, producers can save about 60% costs on rolls and reduce much working time.
Raw Material:
Carbon steel coil(GB Q195-Q345); Alloy steel coil; API 5L X42-X80
The technical flow of the production line:
Uncoiling→Shear & butt welding→Cage looping (Accumulating)→Forming → HFwelding→Removing outsied Bead →Cooling→Sizing→Cutting off→Conveying →Downloading → Packing →Warehousing
