Features and application:
DZLS type helix conveyor has been designed adopting by equivalent the ISO1050-75 and conforming to ZBJ1005, 1-2-88 professional standard. On account of its advanced technical index and novelty structure,LS was considered as the replacement of GX type machine in 1990s domestic.
Compared with GX type, the bicephalous bearing has been installed outside the shell. The hanger bearing is a rolling and sheave interconverted structure with a dust-proof sealed appliance, the sealed material is nylon plastic which can give a better seal effect and enduring performance. Cleaning device is installed beside the discharge port. Low noise, agility adaption, easy handling and maintainance, flexible work location.
Materiel requirments: powder,granule, patch and scattered material such as cement, dust coal, food, fertilizer, inder, sand. The temperature must be less than 200°C. Not suitable for the material of easily deteriorated ,viscosity and easily lump.
Working temperature:-20°C~50°C
Working inclination angle:≤35°C
Application :plastic, Abradant material, chemical industry, pharmacy, building materials, food, carbon, fertilizer.
