ZJK120G High Speed Paper edge Protector Line

Characteristics:
1. ZJK120G model is for making L-profile protector only and maximum working speed is 65m/min.
2. Edge protector forming wheel is suspended structure, easy to change it.
3. Two motors for adjusting speed synchronously, can provide bigger driving force.
4. Touch screen and servo system make ZJK120G machine easy for operating and air cylinder is convenient for pressure regulating.
5. With function of automatic malfunction alarm.
6. Automatic counter for calculating production.
7. Gluing section can control glue temperature and supply glue with fixed volume automatically. So it makes ZJK120G machine can produce edge protector with fast speed and good quality at low temperature (e.g. in Winter).
8. Hoist is equipped to load the paper reel to save labor.
