MKR-540D automatic terrazzo floor tile molding machine is introduced with Italian technology. It combined with inside China to be developed with high -performance and Mature technology
. The machine can produce terrazzo floor tiles can produce terrazzo floor different size :200x200;250x250; 300x300; 400x400;
The machine can also produce terrazzo floor size with 500 × 500, 600 × 600, 700 × 700, 800 × 800 (mm) of the various types of terrazzo tile, artificial stone, etc.
It can produce single layer or full body tiles and double layer or segregated terrazzo tiles. It can produce two PCS in one stoke with size 300 × 300, 400 × 400 (mm).
By replacing the mold it can also produce a variety of concrete roofing tiles with two PCS in one mould.
It adopts PLC system with color liquid touch screen and combined with electricity, liquid, gas, light, control on the whole.
It is human-machine interface control with self-diagnose feature. It is very simple to operate.
it can assure the high intensity and density. It adopts vibration and vacuum and hydraulic system and can make the surface of the terrazzo floor tiles are very smooth and bright. It looks very nice.
