Description of bucket elevator:
This bucket elevator adapts the centrifugal discharging or mixed way, for conveying bulk density is not greater than 1.5 t/ m³ of powder, granular, small block of low grinding cut raw material, the temperature of the material shall not exceed 60 degrees, such as grain, coal, cement, crushed stones, hoisting height to 40 m .The hooper of this series bucket elevator have four forms , and transport efficiently .
User can choose appropriate hopper according to material features.
The characteristics of bucket elevator:
(1) Wide range of application .
(2) Small drive power. The large capacity of hopper intensive layout , so less reactive power .
(3) Long service life .Flow type of feeding, not need to use bucket dig , seldom occurs between material extrusion and collision.
(4) Advanced design principle and processing methods . Allows for conveying high temperature materials .
