Aluminum Foil Container Machine adopt imported Seimens motor,PLC and Schneider electronic componets to make sure the machine's top quality, the whole line include:
Aluminium foil roll---decoiler--pneumatic press----mould---conveyor---collection desk---packing
composed of auto-lubricated feeder, length controller, control panel, Pneumatic punch, mould (price is not included), conveyor(including scrap collector), collecting table of finished product, and scrap presser (optional equipment).and its speed depends on containers size and complexity. It can be equipped with multi-cavity moulds.
1). Aluminium Foil Container Machine adopt a lot of imported brand electronic componets, like
SEIMENS PLC and sevo motor to make sure the machine work accurate and steady.
2).There is an auto-lubricator on the feeder, which can lubricate aluminium foil automatically.
The foil feeder provides the supply of right quantity and length of aluminium foil, and it is
controlled by servo system in SEIMENS, which assure a high-precision step.
3).This machine equipped with a mould lifter to make sure changing the mould easily by the worker.
4).We can design and manufacture machine according to customer’s requirment and customer's target price.
