1. International CE/ ISO Certificate. 1.The feeding unit adopt chain feeding system. 2.PLC control, unite control panel on control desk, simple and clear , convenient and swift. The main motor apply the frequency converter controling the speed, start smoothly and adjust the speed according the user. 3.Equipped with the number counter , easy and clear for production. Start with the alarm bell ring, more safety. 4.The wall panel applies supper quality Cast Iron , 50mm thickness, down feeding roller is made by high quality steel with balance alignment and hard chrome plated. 5.Upper feeding roller is covered by wearable rubber , long life span. Flexible channel on the surface of the rubber roller, ensuring the precise of feeding without damage the cardboard. 6.Die cutting roller is objected to balance alignment and hard chrome plate.Supper quality steel. 7.With compensating gear device in phase adjusting, digital display and control with adjusting in 360 degree both running and stop. 8.When feeding ,die cutting roller pneumatic up and touch the rubber roller ; when stop , it automatic down and separate with the rubber roller, saving using time of the rubber roller. 9.The rubber applies Taiwan MAXUAL polyurethane rubber, smooth cutting, and easy installation , can be used for 8000,000 times. Mechanical left and right moving device(40mm) for rubber roller: each cutting in different place, prolong the using life of the rubber roller effectively. 10.Speed automatic compensating device make sure that all the boxes are the same size.The soft roller self-repairing device raising the rate of reuse. 11.All the transmission gears are helical tooth, smooth transmission , little noise, with the materials of supper quality carbon structural steel,after heating treatment and high frequency hardening , HRC45-50, high wearable and long lifespan. 12.Spray lubrication system , simple and effective.
