HX-320C automatic rotary die cutter machine
allows the production of stamped parts and labels as well as narrow slitted rolls from any roll/reel
material such as paper, foils, adhesive labels/sticker,PVC,PET,protective film, felt pad,etc.
This robust machine consisting of a solid steel frame. The speed can be controlled electronically.
After reaching a preset number of labels or running meters, the machine stops automatically.
Rotary die cutter station:
Die cutting length from 178-470mm(7" - 18,5")
Anvil cylinder
Ability to cut from top or bottom
Adjustable waste rewinder with magnetic powder clutch and 3" air shaft
Standard configurations:
1.One slitting station.
2.One die cutting station
3.With 1pc 3’’ unwinding shaft, 2pcs 3’’ rewinding shafts( the size of shafts can do as your
requirements).
4. With meter/number counter.
5. With two photoelectric eyes
6. With 8 sets of round slitting knives
7.One magnetic brake,two magnetic clutches
8.Machine has blower fan to blow away the trimmed edge
