Features:
Equipped with photoelectric tracking. Auto adjustment. Tension control and operation indicator. The cutter can be operated in a simple way with a reliable function. The machine can be complied in splitting cutting of plastic film, medical film paper and medical paper etc.

Main Configuration
(1). Unwinding Error-Correction Frame
1. Unwinding materials: unwinding material fixed by air cylinder
2. Unwinding material: left and right could be adjusted.
3. Unwinding tension adopt 5kg magnetic powder brake (1 set)
4. Unwinding tension could be adjusted.
5. Balance of unwinding base materials could be adjusted with single direction
6. Error-correction: Synchronous motor matches ball guide screw
7. Eye-electric tracking: Made in Taiwan
(2). Winding Structure
1. Winding adopts dual positions synchronism
2. Winding Roller: Banding air-extension shafts Φ76mm × 2 sets
3. Winding Roller is controlled by 5kg hole clutch (2 units)
4. Winding tension could be adjusted.
(3). Slitting Fitting
1. Cutting way: With straight cutter (straight razor×10pc-round razor×5pc) =15pc
2. Width of cut: :50-1100mm could be adjusted
3. Straight cutter is fixed on the cutter supporter.
4. Angle of blade could be adjusted.
5. Scrap should expel from the machine by branch pipes when slitting specification less than 10mm

1. Guide roller: Made in Shanghai, aluminum alloy by move and static corona disposal.

(5). Running Structure
1. The speed of main engine will be controlled by slide motor.
2. The speed of main engine could be adjusted.
