Use
This machine especially-designed point-cut rolling dually purpose one for vest & flat bags,
is controlled by a computer, The step(servo)setting length system reduces the sealing-cutting dimensions errors, and the installation of photoelectric eyes track help make the position of figure of printing bag accurate. The computer numerical control can be selected to adjust the length of bag. The machine will automatically stop and sound a warning if there is something wrong with the printing bag.
Feature:
1. Automatic counting and alarming.
2. With accurate photocell eye tracking, stops automatically in case of wrong color marks.
3. The bag-making length is controlled by button.
4.Applicable for the various plastic film of low density polyethylene(LDPE),high density polyethylene(HDPE) thin film to sealing and cutting natural and color bags etc.
5. Widely used for packing food, cloth, industrial products and electric appliances.
6. One time two rolls when making plain bag, one time one roll when making printed bag.
Main configuration
1. Controlled by computer stepping motor (made in Wuxi), including bag width fixed length, automatic counting and alarming etc.
2. Putting raw material was adopted direct-current machine and photoelectric control (made in Shanghai).
3. Main motor adopts frequency control (made in Zhejiang).
4. Heat sealing used the structure of heating Knife (made in Jiangsu).
