AutoXpp02B2
A premium automobile two-component acrylic-urethane based coating designed for high build and excellent filling of repairs, applied onto dried and sanded existing primers of AutoXpp02p or other sanded existing smooth finish coatings
Features of 2k solid or metallic base tough paint film, high gloss, good weathering resistance and hiding power
l Cure at ambient or force dry environments
l Excellent adhesion, gloss, and color fading holdout
l Easy sanding and smooth off, saving sand papers and sand scratching swelling prevention
l Good chemical resistance [Strong alkaline resistance [24hrs soak in PH11 media, causes no deterioration of the coating films
l High tensile strength (285kg/cm2)
l Good elasticity (Elongation 80%)
l Broad service temperature range (maintains elasticity --5C to 80 C)
Application Data
Ensure the surfaces smooth and clean for the dried and sanded primers or existing paint coatings, applications by conventional spray
l The touch dry is 60 min, and dry through is 2-4 hrs respectively
l Apply 2 coats, allowing 3-5 min flash between coats
l It takes 2~3 days for the property development, and assessments should be conducted thereafter
l Sanding off any imperfections and Buffing before the clear topcoat application
