Product Description
CorroCell ClearH01V2 is a multi-purpose Alumina-Silica transparent, high gloss [mirror effect, buffed], high hardness (9H, firm), heat resistance (750ºC) nano ceramic coating. It provides paint with scratch protection, metal structures with corrosion protections, stain resistance and easy-cleaning with anti-graffiti function.
Features of super hydrophobic (water-beading effects), non-stick (anti graffiti) and high scratch protections
- Provides a smooth mirror effect glassy surface (Buffed)
- Strong pencil hardness (4H on plastics and 9H on metals) (JIS5400,1000g)
- Strong adhesions to metal, plastics and glass, permanent adhesion (cross-cut,ASTMD3359, 5b)
- Mandrel Bend (ASTM D522, o mm coatings loss at 180 degree, and dry film thickness 300nm to 5 um)
- High temperature tolerance (the coatings adhesion remains in excess 750 ºC).
- Corrosion protection ( 5% neutral salt spray, ASTM B117, 3days no rust spots)
