CorroCell^®TLB350 is a Specialty Lubricant (anti-friction Coatings). It consists of solid lubricants, specially mixed binding system, and designed additives for the effects on lubricating, pressure bearing, and temperature tolerance. It provides corrosion protection and chemical resistance in thin films (5~20µm). ). It creates a rigid to semi rigid glassy grey, metallic grey, to metallic silver lubricating surface after being cured.

Applications

This product is suitable for metal/metal joints /hinges/combination experiencing slow-medium-fast movements and medium - heavy loads. It also applicable to permanent lubrication of heavily loaded friction contacts with low to medium speeds, also in direct contact with lubricating oil or grease. It is especially suitable for the application in automotive parts like pistons in internal combusting engines and gears.
