1.1 Simple structure, convenient operation, small footprint, easy transition.
1.2 Mixer automatic feeding, reduce the work of workers; direction control system can effectively control of the direction of mixer; slurry discharge system can effectively solute congestion of discharge.
1.3 Mixing system with precise measurement,can mix the slurry evenly,does not harm the bulbs,can finish stirring a pot of feed with 2 to 3 minutes, high production efficiency.
1.4 Cutting unit equips with advanced power control systems, inverter controls the speed of material feeding, effectively control the yield and quality, easy to operate. Cutting system uses a reciprocating motion system, high cutting accuracy and quick speed.
1.5 Mold uses sub-structure, precise size, easy disassembly.

2 Production Process :
2.1 Mix cement:
Mix different grades cement(dry mixing)
2.2 Feeding:
Through feeding system to feed quantitative composite cement, foaming agent and water to the foam concrete mixing and foaming equipment.
2.3 Mixing And Foaming:
The material in the mixing and foaming equipment can be foamed after 4 minutes’ mixing, foaming time is about 2-3 minutes;
2.4 Injection Molding:
Inject the stirred and foamed slurry into the mold (each box filled with a molding material, around 0.6 M2)
2.5 Initial Conservation:
After the step of injection molding, stands three hours
2.6 Mold Unloading:
After three hours, pending the initial concreting of foam concrete is finished and has initial strength, then you can release the mold.
2.7 Interim Conservation:
Suitable temperature:25 ℃ ± 10 ℃
maintain three days, sprinkle water to cover film,you need to erect the greenhouse if the temperature can not achieve requirement.
2.8 Cutting:
One week after mold unloading(including mid-term conservation of three days),it can be cut according to the specifications required(adjust the blade of cutting equipment)
2.9 Finished Product Conservation:
Foam concrete slab conservation period is 7 days, if the delivery time is shorter, can be packed and delivered after cutting.
