Overview & Application
Electric furnace transformer is refers to the power transformer of industrial furnace melting , it is a special transformer which is designed according to the working characteristic and operation mode of medium frequency electric furnace.
Feature
- outstanding characteristic: designed according to the national industry standards and the different electric furnace process, energy saving, environmental protection, prevent harmonic, no fever, resistance to short-circuit, high overload ability.
- Compared with the conventional transformer with the same capacity, melting time shortened about 20%, tons of power consumption dropped about 70 degrees.It can saving electricity about 210000 degrees each year as Annual output calculated at 3000 tons
- The special transformer is suitable for the medium frequency furnace which capacity is below 30 tons . High side voltage is 10 kv and 35 kv. low side voltage is divided into: 400 v, 660 v, 750 v, 850 v, 950 v, 1000 v, 1100 v, 1250 v and 1500 v.It has two structure: with electric reactor and without electric reactor, and also has large impedance and small impedance to meet the needs of the use
