SBS/APP TORCH ON MEMBRANES
1. Usage:
It is widely used in waterproof and damp-proof works of roofs, basements, bathrooms and pools of industrial and civil architectures, waterproof, damp-proof, airproof, leakage-proof works of bridges, parking lots, swimming pools, tunnels and reservoirs and maintenance works of asphalt roofs.
2. SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled materialsis particularly suitable for buildings in cold regions where structure frequently changes.
3. APP modified asphaltwaterproof coiled materials is particularly suitable to buildings in hightemperature regions where there is strong solar radiation.
Product Introduction
APP uses polyester, glass fiber felt or Gf-upglassfiber polyester as the base, coated the polymer modified bitumen, such as APP, APAO, APO, IPP, etc. and covered polyethylene film, sands or mineral grain.
Where to use
1.Basement and roofing of key waterproof engineering, general and civil engineering.
2.Bridge, road, granary, tunnel, park, swimming pool, sewage purifying pool and others.
3.Especially adapting to the area with strong sunshine or high temperature.
Features
Good ability of anti-aging, anti-alkali, resistant to high temperature. High tensile strength and enlongation, which adapts to the contraction or crack of the base.
Application:
1. Make sure the base surface smooth, clean and dry(Moisture<9%), then paint the delicated agent on the base surface. Start application till it is dry.
2. Application Method:
Heating the bottom surface of membrane and the roof deck surface by flam spray gun or other suitable appliances till the asphalt start to melt(not flowing), then spread. Using roller to compact the membrane so that it can firmly adhere to the base surface. The overlap on the long side should be 100mm and the short side should be 150mm.
3. After application, a careful inspection is required. Make sure there is no air bubble, no fold, no falling away etc to guarantee the waterproof life.
Storage
1.Store the product in adry ventilated place with the temperature lower than 50'c; avoid sun-baked and wringing.
2. Put uprightly and the height can not exceed than 2 layers. Do not incline or put transversely .
3.Guarantee period is one year since the date of manufacturing
