[Construction Points]

Construction methods——hot melt, cold and hot adhering methods could be adopted to adhere sheets and substrates, or different sheets. While constructed with hot melt method, the thickness of membrane must be over 3mm; if constructed with cold adhering method, the thickness of cold adhesive must be 0.5~1mm.

Substrate preparation——waterproofing substrates shall be flat, solid, and be dried sufficiently. Detail structures shall meet requirements of related stipulations and designs.

Waterproofing layer——there are two kinds of structures of laminated and single layers, for laminated layers, thickness of each layer shall be not lower than 3mm, with complete adhesion between each other; for single layer, thickness of the single layer shall not be lower than 4mm.

Overlapping——overlapping between sheets shall be completely adhered, with 80-100mm width of jointed area.

Vertical surface ends——fasten with metal battens and bolts, coat special sealant in all edges.

Protection isolation layer construction——protection isolation layer shall be set on the exterior surface of waterproof layers according to related stipulations and designs, if use shale sheets or mineral grain coating surfaces as exposed waterproof layers, additional protective layer could be omitted; isolation layers shall be set between waterproof layers and rigid protective layers.

[Attentions for Construction]

·Construction shall not be carried out in rain, snow or over 5 degree wind weather;

·There shall be sufficient safety protective facilities in construction site, place firefighting devices according to stipulations.

Installation Sketch point

Clean the substrate using broom or high pressure dusty cleaner.

Apply primer

Heat the membrane bottom using a high temperature flame gun.

Push forward while the primer and membrane oil melted

Use a roller to push hard the membrane surface to ensure it stick firmly

Product Characteristics

Good capacity of anti-aging, anti-acid, and anti-alkali, its service life is 30years.

High tensile strength and elongation which adapts to the contraction or crack of the base.

Good perdurable capacity to climate; be used in cold(-25°C)environment for long life.

Construction Requirements Basement Treatment

The waterproofing base should be strong smooth, and clean without particles on the surface. No peeling or cracking shall exist on the surface. The corners of the base shall be made into arcs with a radius of no less than 20mm or triangular. The drain slope, division seam, and air vent shall be carried out and treated according to design requirements. Then brush promer on the foundation until it is dry.

Installation

Place the sheet correctly, fire torch, evenly heat the sheet and foundation ,When the surface of the sheet is black and bright with a fusion layer apply the sheet and press it into a solid and flat state. Before the sheet is cool, seal the edge of joints by float.

Cautions installation is forbidden during rain, snow, fog, strong wind.

The temperature should be 5-35°C during installation.

All nodes should be reinforced during installation.

Keep away from fire during storage.

Package transportation and storage

The product is packed by plastic bag or adhesive tape.

Thickness:2-4mm width:1.0mm length:7.5mm 10mm

During storage and transportation, keep the package well, put them in a dry ,airy place, keep away from direct sunlight, acids, alkalis, oil and organic solvents.

The shelf life is 12 months under normal storage and transportation condition. After that period, the product can still be used if it complies with all the items in the specifications.

It is widely used in waterproof and damp-proof works of roofs, basements, bathrooms and pools of industrial and civil architectures, waterproof, damp-proof, airproof, leakage-proof works of bridges, parking lots, swimming pools, tunnels and reservoirs and maintenance works of asphalt roofs.

2. SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled materialsis particularly suitable for buildings in cold regions where structure frequently changes.

3. APP modified asphaltwaterproof coiled materials is particularly suitable to buildings in hightemperature regions where there is strong solar radiation.
