B. Compact Feeder with Cutter

4. Connect way of motor and reducer: Coupling axis machine.

5. Use extruder with special gear tooth surface reducer, use high strength alloy steel to make gear wheel and axis, gear wheels through crafts of quenching, cementite and abrasion.

6. Instrument: Adopting PID temperature-controlling to measure the temperature, use Siemens contactor.

7. Heating system:Use ceramic heater, outer equipped with stainless steel cover, and blower cooling.

8. Heater power: 6 Zones, 8KW/Zone, total 48KW; 6 Zones cooler, 0.24KW/Zone, Total 1.44KW.

9. Mould heating: 2 Zones ×4Kw, total 8KW.
