mixing machine
Applications:
It's widely used as the mixing machine for solid medicine powder in pharmaceutical industry worldwide. The mixing uniformity is high, the material vessel is movable, these are very convenient for material loading, mixing, discharging and cleaning. It's easy to integrate with the upstream and downstream process, the problem of cross pollution and fly-dust caused by multi-material-transferring are solved. Various of material vessel might be equipped with this machine, so to meet the mixing requirement of large batch capacity, and multi-varities.
Principle
Through years of studying, comparing and absorbing both domestic and foreign machines, we develop our own design of HLD series hopper lifting machine.
The main structure feature of the mixer is: The mixing body (material vessel) and the rotating axis form a angle of 30°. When the material is rotating, the material also makes tangent movement along the wall of the vessel. The function of these to movements makes all points of material moves in complicated ways, changes their positions all the time, so to have very high mixing efficiency.
Features:
1. The structure is reasonable, adopt double hoisting devices, motor rotation, flexible coupler. The performance is stable, the upkeep and maintenance and simpler, and there's no problem of leakage.
2. Adopt programmed control system, technical parameters setting system, machine stops system for safety, automatic accurate positioning system, operation, and automatic record printing system, that fully meet processing equipments of pharmaceutical companies. Fully automatic production is realized, and the operation is very simple.
3. To ensure the quality of the machine, we adopt high quality out purchased parts for this machine.
4. Equipped with fine manufactured hopper that fully meet the requirements of GMP, no residues of discharge, and it's easy for cleaning or washing.
5. We supply series product for material conveying. It forms advanced process together with the hopper mixing machine.
Remarks: If customer has any special requirements, please special order.
Packing
We use Wooden case package, wooden pallet, PE plastic film package etc. shipping is by train, by railway, by air. Lading port is Shanghai port and so on.
What is payment terms?
- Payment is based on FOB Shanghai or CFR / CIF; payment is by T/T or L/C or cash.
What is guarantee time?
- Guarantee time is 14 month from machines arrive in client’s factory.
Our service
We run machines in our factory before machines delivery. Clients check machines running in our factory, if no problem, then delivery, when machines arrive in Client’s factory, we will send our engineer to run machines in client’s factory.
