Machine Description
HAISHI plastic injection machine with power saving system.
1.Steel parts and castings : steel parts are 40 crmo, the castings : QT500-7STANDARD
2. Machine shelf : injection machine shelf adopts cutting by addvanced laser cutting machine and overall bending process, the skeleton square tube of table-board and bottom plate of the shelf shall adopt overall bending process without any splice weld points, pole adopts full welding process.and high-strength multi-point.
3. Prevent oil leakage:seal component adoptd high-quality HALLITE SEAL. its featured by not deformed from 40 degrees below zero to 120 degree.anti-agings , and long serivice life.
4. The noise is low: it is tested through special decibel meter,empty mold of closing pump is 61 db, high-pressure is 72db (industrial standard is 83db)
