•Pulp Making System
Put the raw material into the hydraulic pulper to make the pulp, the pulp concentration will be 0.8%-1% under the action of the 3 pulp pools and some support facilities.

As for the forming system, Qisheng produce many different forming machine which owns different capacity.We can also design the mould and machine per your request.
•Drying System
We have 4 kinds of drying system:
1).Natural drying line: dried the egg trays by sunshine
2).Single Brick Drying Line
3).Single Layer Metal Drying Line
4).Multi-layer Metal Drying Line
•Packing System
The dried egg trays can be loaded and transport after auomatic stacking and packing.
We have 3 kinds of packers:
A.Packer drived by the air cylinder

1.The warranty period: 1 year Guarantee for the maintance and repairment of the forming machine exclude the parts of quick-wear. The spare parts will be provided according to the client requirement.
2.The pre-production:we offer custom-made service to our customers, you need to provide us some samples,such as photos,dimensions etc.
3.The installing issue:Qisheng will send engineers to customers' place . The customer should help installation, the engineer is responsible for installation, testing and training for 30 days.
4.The price:We are a manufacturer and we can provide the considerate price and make sure the quality .
