SMS series constant load static phase advancer crane control panel
Specification:
SMS series motor energy saving device is one high technology product developed by our company, it’s applied in all kinds of slip ring asynchronous motors, for example rolling mill, cross pipe machine, crusher, sugar mill and so on. This device can not only save energy by decreasing current when the motor works, but also decrease the temperature, improves reliability and prolong life span of the motor. It can realize the function of increasing speed, decreasing speed or reactive compensation by injecting current in rotor side of motor. Computer technology, electricity technology and motor controlling technology is used in our SMS device.
Application scope:
It is widely applied in metallurgy, building material, mining, chemistry and municipal administration and other places with big power motor and high electric consume places.
Main Function:
High power saving ability: current decreases, but motor torque is not changed; the lower the load rate, the better the energy saving;
Improve motor and electric circuit power factor to over 0.9;
Decrease investment cost: low voltage side saves the high voltage side problems;
Decrease the motor stator current 10%~20%;
Flexible and rapid dynamic reactive power compensation;
High efficiency of compensation: reduce 10~20% stator current during rated load, reduce over 60% stator current during no-load;
High adaptation: it can be applied in bad occasion environment, it’s not sensitive to electricity harmonic;
Good redundancy: complete protection function, it will not influence th working of motor when it breaks down.
