SLC series synchronous motor excitation control device
Specification:
SLC series synchronous motor excitation control device adopts digital control technology and micro computer to monitor the motor’s working state. Its features are exact control, high anti-jamming capacity, easy operation, reliable working state.
Applied industry:
It is widely applied in all kinds of industry, such as mining, metallurgy, chemical fertilizer, chemistry, irrigation, cold storage, cement and so on. The adaptive motor can be dragging air compressor motor, refrigerator machine, ball-milling, water pump, draught fan and other general mechanical devices which the power is 200~15000kw and the voltage is 380v~10kv.
Characteristics:
Adopt three phase complete control,half-control rectifying circuit and wind-cooling modular structure;
Adopt digital control technology,three-phase automatic balance,constant power factor, performance is reliable;
It can realize suitable polarity slip excitation and backup timing excitation;
Complete protection functions: protection of start, stop, automatic field suppression function during step out, protection of relay zero-voltage deexcitation, avoiding excitation devices is breakdown by over-high interaction voltage;
Protection functions of main circuit over-temperature fault alert and fault tripping operation.
Ambient Environment:
a. The ambient temperature upper limit and lower limit are respectively +40°C and -10°C;
b. Altitude is not more than 2000m(if it exceeds 2000m, we will choose plateau style);
c. Relative humidity: daily average value should not be more than 85%, while monthly average value should not be more than 90% ;
d. Ground gradient should not more than 5°;
e. Places without fire, explosion risk, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
