Specifications
SME Dyeing Machine is suitable for dyeing and pre-shrinking natural fibre, blended fibre, man-made fibre, etc.This kind of dyeing machine has two types: Double tubes 1000/Single tube 500.
Features:
1. Fabric of natural fiber, blended fiber, chemical fiber, light and thin fabric(80g/m2) or heavy and thick fabric(600 g/m2) can all be dyed and pre-shrunk highly efficiently, especially fabric of super fine fiber and belended fiber of high density can be dyed ideally.
2. Frequnecy inverting motor drives fabric guiding roller, and this assists the fabrics running, reduces the fabrics tension, and thus you will not have the problem of that the fabric twines on the guiding roller when dyeing light and thin fabric.
3. Bath ratio should be selected accordishould"0actual situations, when it is 1:7-10, you can save dyestuffs and energy, such as steam, water and electricity.
4. Special jetting system fabric guiding tube and fabric storage trough makes the fabric pile up in order naturally and run smoothly. Defects of dyeing specks, scratches can be avoided. You can get highly efficient relaxation and rubbing of the fabric and high dye-levellingness.
5. Easy and fexible operation can be controlled manually, semi-automatically and automatically.
