Besides saving energy and optimizing the dyeing techniques, this model of dyeing machine keeps the basic principle of overflow dyeing machine. It has a low bath ratio of 1:4. Compare rwith the traditional dyeing machine, total water, electricity and steam consumption is greatly reduced. Accordingly, the cost of production is reduced and impact on environment is minimized.
Innovation
Transverse cycle and uniform backflow are major innovative technologies of LR225 series Uniform Flow Dyeing Machine. Double-circulation function of transverse circulatory and backflow increases dye liquor rate of speed, improves mixing and leveling effect of dye liquor and increases exchange times of dye liquor and fabric.
The machine bottom area extremely reduces the bath ratio and makes enough room for dye liquor flowing transversely.
The feeding system of both dyestuff and higher dilution chemicals allows for the fast measuring.
LR225 series Uniform Flow Dyeing Mas e has the dye liquor uniformly delivering system. It enables a perfect bath distribution, with an identical delivery per nozzle. This system removes all delivery differences between nozzles resulting from preferential paths, to either inhomogeneous distributions or a decrease in the delivery according to the distance from the feeding point.
LR225 series Uniform Flow Dyeing Machine ensures fabric softness, smoothness, no pilling or abrasions and increases the fabric conveyance speed. The nozzle flow can be adjusted by the computer controller according to different kinds of fabric.
Company improves the machine feeding system which has one more additional preparation tank than normal dyeing machines. Customers can choose double feeding machines if needed. Dyeing liquor can transfer among preparation tank, chemicals tank and main tank. The preparation tank and chemicals tank have the same function of measuring, and hence it solves tank volume issues to dissolute salt and sulphates. In actual use, the preparation tank has other functions:
l When the dyeing process almost finishes, wa20can come into the preparation tank and be heated to the set temperature under the control of the computer system Water will be injected into the main tank in the washing process.
l Water from steam trap or cooling water can be recycled by the preparation tank.
l The chemicals from the chemicals tank can be injected into the preparation tank first, and the chemicals tank keeps on working. When the feeding programme works, chemicals go to the main tank from the preparation tank.
l If the main tank needs to be repaired during the running process, inject the cooling dyeing liquor to the preparation tank. It can reduce the impact of dyeing liquor on the environment.
