1.2   Counter Display

Counter Display is used to display recently called customer NO. of the relevant counter. It has two types: dot-matrix LED display and digital tube LED display.

Dot-matrix LED display can display any character including picture. But digital tube LED display can only display digits(numbers) and some simple English letter.

1)        Dot-matrix LED display

  As per the character height there are 16 dot-matrix,24 dot-matrix, and 32 dot-matrix(24 dot-matrix,32 dot-matrix LED display can display show Arabic properly)

  Unit line display

  Supply power: DC 48V

  The figuration is made from aluminium alloy with ilmenite oxid surface treating, and the appearance is beautiful and perfect.

1.3   Main Display

Main Display is used to display recently called customer No. and Counter No. of the whole queue system. It has two types: dot-matrix LED display, digital tube LED display and LCD/Plasma display. Normally main display is always installed in awaiting area.

1)        Dot-matrix LED main display

  As per the character height there are 16 dot-matrix,24 dot-matrix, and 32 dot-matrix

  Multi-lines display

  Display advert message at idle time, able to display 4 lines advert message at most.

  Supply power : AC 220V or AC 110V

  RS485 signal input and assembled with RJ45 socket inside

  Automatically close when there is no signal

  Able to display any country language and graphics

2)        Digital Tube LED main display

  Multi-lines display

  Automatically close at idle time( the idle time can be set by queue software)
