Yk3180h cnc gear hobbing machine has following features:
1. It is applicable to produce or process spur gear, helical gear, worm gear and sprocket in batch or piece unit.
2. This machine is provided with the characteristic of excellent steel resistance, high intension, high precision, easy-operating, adjusting and maintaining etc.
3. It can process gear with down milling and up milling method in axial or radial way.
4. According to the requirements of customer, this machine can be equipped with Siemens CNC System to process crown gear and Small Taper Gear, and it can also heighten or lengthen machine tool.
5. Economic type, with 2-axes;

Performance and features of this machine
YK3180H cnc gear hobbing machine is two axises CNC gear hobbing machine. take advantage of two servo motors to realize two straight line motion.CNC axis is X axis(radial motion),z axis (vertical feeding motion).Produce spur gear, helical gears, small taper gear, crown gear, chain wheel,cylindrical spline tooth,taper spline tooth and radial feeding cutting worm wheel etc with generating method of gear cutter
This machine tool with wide bed, has features of good rigidity, high strength and precision, easy operation, adjustment and maintenance etc. Indexing worm gear of work table adopts precise worm wheel machine tool and special worm rod grinding bed for processing, which ensured high index precision. The worm wheel is made of high-quality copper(ZQSn10-1) which enhanced capacity of abrasion resistance.
The machine adopts Siemens 828D CNC system.
One servo motor controls worktable radial feeding(axis),another servo motor controls cutter post sliding axial feeding(Zaxis).main electrical hydraulic elements adopts world and domestic top brand. X axis and Z axis adopts precision preload ball screw arbor deputy-driven.
The casting parts of machine tool are processed with precipitation heat treatment, which eliminated casting internal stress and avoided machine tool deformation. Machine bed and column guideway is processed with grinding treatment after quenching, which raised the hardness of guideway surface and enhanced capacity of abrasion resistance.
The adoption of drive gear for grinding process, driving chain is short,high precision,which ensures the transmission accuracy.
